PIAU Policies & Procedures

The following polices and procedures outline the administrative operations of the PIAU in accordance with the bylaws of the corporation state that "[t]he activities and affairs of the Corporation shall be conducted, and all corporate powers shall be exercised, by or under the direction of the Board of Directors" (Bylaws Art. 6.1).

All policies and procedures are subject to change at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES – ACTIVE MEMBERS

Defines annual membership dues amounts, terms, and conditions.

BYLAWS OF THE CORPORATION

Governing bylaws of the corporation.

CODE OF ETHICS

Member Code of Ethics.

MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING

Defines the status of “Member in Good Standing.”

NOMINATIONS FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS - REGULAR

Provides an orderly process of regular nominations of the Board of Directors as prescribed in the Bylaws Article 8.2.2.
