To renew membership renewal in the Private Investigators Association of Utah, complete and submit all the requested information below. All information, documents and images are maintained confidential (except for directory information you provide).
You will need to upload copies (PDF preferred) of the current UT BCI issued PI license card.
Pre-payment of membership fees is required and fees will be refunded if your application is not accepted. PIAU accepts all major credit cards for payment through our secure payment portal (in the Application below).
